Seal Electric Inc. was incorporated in 1996. We are a family owned company with a history of developing and maintaining a prestigious listing of satisfied customers through our commitment to quality and customer service. We accomplish this through treating others with respect and emphasizing teamwork while remaining dedicated to our corporate values, our community and our families.

Our professional staff of highly trained individuals have been instrumental in developing our proven record of satisfaction. From the office staff to the employees in the field, we are committed to handling every job with the utmost care and attention to detail, from estimating to project completion.

The following is a brief listing of the principals of the corporation:

Frank Bongiovanni: President, with over 32 years of experience working in the electrical industry.

Joseph Bongiovanni: Vice President, has worked for the past 11 years under the leadership of his father learning the business inside and out. He is currently the lead estimator for all high-rise, mid-rise, residential, and military housing.

Kathy Bongiovanni: Secretary, has worked beside her husband for the past 32 years assisting in building the company.

Nicholas Bongiovanni: Estimator, recently joined the company after graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in business.

Roy Boldt: Vice President of Operations, has over 20 years of electrical experience and has been with our company for the past 12 years. Prior to joining Seal Electric Inc., Roy served our country in the U.S. Navy for 8 years.

Naum Kogan: Chief Estimator on all Public Works Projects, brings over 30 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management of industrial and commercial projects.  

Mike Johnson: Junior Estimator, working in the electrical industry since 1996, has over 3 years of estimating with CAD experience.

Victor Lopez: Purchasing Agent, has over 23 years of experience in the electrical industry.

Kristen Dunn: Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration and Insurance.

Donna Fillmore: Accounts Payable, Payroll Administration and Labor Compliance.
